Return Policy and After-Sale Service
For in stock items, we accept return or exchange if it not fit you, but please make sure the item is new without using or altering(can be tried on), we'll provide a free return label for you to send it back, but please understand we'll charge 9% handle fee(we need to deeply cleaning, sterilizing and nursing for items sent back, to make sure every item is safe and healthy for users, and will resell it with 9% discount price in warehouse clearance area). we'll operate the refund via paypal after receiving and checking.
For customized item, not accept return or refund, but we provide 2 years after-sale service, free nursing service and repairing service, if modify or increase hair after long time use, will only charge the basic material cost, but please understand that you need to pay the postages(if it's the original quality problem, we'll pay the postage)
