It is normal for the hair strands to become flattened after long‑term storage in the box. Under such circumstances, the hair may look thin and the base may even show through. It can be recovered after spraying some water on then comb and blow, not a quality defect.
How to pre-treat the hair:
Simply spray some water onto the hair, comb freely outwards from the roots in all directions, then air‑dry or blow‑dry. The hairpiece will regain its natural fluffiness just like your own hair.
