Important Remark:
1. This is a custom-made wig. Please note custom orders are NOT eligible for return or refund. But don't worry, we have over 16 years of experience manufacturing custom wigs & hair toppers, please rest assured to place your order.
2. We will trim and style the blank wig upon receiving your order, may need 2~3 working days to ship out. Please double-check that you select the correct cap size. If you would like the hair trimmed longer/shorter or wish to change to a different hairstyle, please contact us first before placing the order.
3. We only perform hair trimming. You will need to apply hair styling products (such as styling cream, mousse) and manually scrunch / tousle the hair to get the exact look in the reference photo.
