Customized styles are not accepted return,please understand. But don't worry,we customized for users for many years,we'll show you the photos before shipping it out.And if you want any change after receive it,or need to repair it in 2 years,we can provide free service(If there's high cost material,we may charge you the cost price,otherwise can provide free service),please understand you need undertake the shipping charge.

Handle time:
For in-stock items, we'll ship out your iterms about 1-5 working days after receiving your verified payment.
For custom items, normally we'll take about 2~3 months to manufacture. If you want it urgently, you can contact me to check whether there's any prepared ones or similar ones in stock before placing the order(sometimes may have 1 or 2pcs prepared ones).
Items will be sent to your PayPal address, please check and ensure
that your PayPal receive address is correct before you pay. Also make sure to leave the correct phone number,Tks.
Shipping:
For the default free shipping channel, normally it takes 2-4 weeks to reach, sometimes may need longer time, especially during the COVID-19 period, please understand.
If you need it urgently, you can ask for express shipping with additional shipping charge, the fastest express shipping only take about 3-5 days to reach(it means the fastest, not means be sure so fast to every countries and areas), but please know and understand that the express shipping charge will not be refund if return.
Taxes and Remote fees:
Normally the default free shipping channel not exist additional taxes(not means always exactly sure as the policies may be changed).
You need to pay the remote area charge and all taxes exist if there is.
We'll contact you if there's remote area charge after checking your detailed address, The carrier or custom staff in your country will inform you to charge if there's any other taxes according to your country's requests.
Make sure contact us for the right return address before returning.
Never return it back to the address on the package directly.(sometimes the carrier leaves their warehouse address on the package but that warehouse do not have the business of sending it back to us)
For in stock items, we accept refund before the item shipping out, but not accept refund after shipping, except you return it back.
For custom items, we accept refund before the manufacture starting. Not accept refund while the manufacture starting(no matter it's shipped out or not), and please know that the custom items are not accepted return, but can provide after-service for 2 years, please understand.
You can ask for return within 30 days after receiving the item(except custom items), for refund or exchange, depend on you. Return shipping charge will be undertake by buyer if it's not quality problem(Slightly color difference can not be judged as quality problem, please understand).
For items return back for refund, we'll operate the refund via paypal at once after checking its status(please make sure the item you return back is new, only tried on, not used or altered)
